How to upload committee photos & images
  1. Go to Cloudinary Setup in the sidebar and enter your Cloud Name + Preset
  2. Then go to Committee — each member card has a photo circle with a 📷 icon
  3. Click the photo circle → file picker opens → select photo → uploads instantly to Cloudinary
  4. Photo appears on the Committee page right away
  5. Same process for Gallery, Events, and Slider images

📸 To upload a photo: Click the round photo circle on any member card. A file picker will open. Select the photo — it uploads directly to your Cloudinary account (folder: mcoa-tbz) and appears instantly on the website.

✏️ To update a name: Type in the text box below the position badge, then click Save All.
